Bio

Brian Randall brings over a decade of playing experience at the high school and youth club level to Elite Vision FC, where he is now beginning his coaching journey. Inspired by the mentorship and life lessons he received from his coaches as a player, he is excited to step onto the other side of the touch line and help aspiring soccer players to be their best on and off the pitch. Brian’s goal is to help players reach their full potential both technically and tactically, while also creating a respectful, enjoyable, team-oriented environment. He aims to nurture his players’ growth not just as footballers, but also as young people ready to become leaders in their communities.

Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, Brian played high school soccer at Westerville North High School, where he was a 3-year varsity letterman, and 2-year captain. In his senior season, he received all-conference honors in the Ohio Capital Conference and led his team to a District Final. Additionally, he holds a USSF Grassroots Coaching license.

Brian's goal is to inspire, motivate, and guide players of all abilities. His commitment extends beyond the field, aiming to unlock each individual's full potential and develop not only skilled athletes but also well-rounded individuals ready for success.
